James Kent was a Schoolmaster on 6 June 1841.¹

He appeared in court on 5 October 2020 charged with unlawfully obtaining money by false pretences. The jury found a verdict of guilty. A similar indictment was not proceeded with.²

John lived at Villingey when he died.⁷ and was buried on 15 April 1822 in St Mawgan aged 87 years.^2,7
